For a historical space that once hosted the nation’s most influential leaders, this design intervention opts for minimal alterations. Our design focuses on crafting functional additions that articulate the profound influence their speeches may have had on society. Suspended raindrops, arranged in a flowing wave pattern vault across the ceiling and stretch infinitely between two mirrored surfaces, symbolizing the boundless reach of the space’s legacy within the broader university's historical narrative. In the side halls, dual rows of wave-inspired seating double as display shelves, seamlessly blending practical utility, necessary services, and evocative conceptual design.
